Mondays Everyone is Tired Everyone Thinks Monday is the Slowest Day of The Week And Most People Feel Like its Never Going to End Well Luckily on this page i will Give you Some Ways Of How you Can Beat Mondays Please Note Some of these May Not Work For Everybody Me Personally i think Mondays Go By Fast and i Dont Have a problem which is why im here to help

The Top Reasons Why Mondays Go Slow Is Because We Are All Tired We Are All Coming Back From the Long Weekend I Would Try Going to Bed A Little Bit Earlier Than you Normally Do If you have a Little Bit Of More Energy Than You Mite Not Feel As Tired As you Usally are on that Particular Day Switching Bed Times Can Be A little Bit Hard i Know but  its a Small Price to Pay

Dont think About the Time A Lot of Times People Think That Mondays Are Going to Go Slow if you Think About it like that it will Most Definatly Go Slow if you think This Day is going to Go Fast and if you Dont Pay Attention to the Time and Do your Work Rather its School Or Work Or What Ever It is It Will Fly By like you Dont Even Know it

For Some People This Works For Some It Doesint Have a Special Snack On Mondays if There is Something that you Really Like Pack it For Lunch or Something on Mondays Make Mondays Fun Of Course This Trick Method may Not Work For Everybody

Have A Positive Attitude If you Have a Positive Attitude it Will Help You and It Will Also Help Others Get Through Monday If you Come Across to Problems Just Ignor it Dont Let it Get in the Way of Trying to Beat Mondays

If you are Tired or Hungry Dont Complain About it To Other People Negative Thinking is Highly Allergic If you think about being tired and Hungry Other People Will Probally Be Thinking the Same thing If you Dont Think about it It will Help you Get Through Monday

Eat Something If you Eat Something you Will Get Some Energy In Your Stomach And it Will Give you a Lot More Energy to Work Try Something Like a Protein Bar Or Something im telling you it will Work its Also Healthy To Have 3 Meals a Day if your Stomach Is Hungry its Probally Telling you a Message to Get Something to Eat

Get out in the sunlight Bright light tells your body that it is indeed the morning and helps reset your internal clock And Sun Is Very Good For US we All Need That Vitamin D You Get Vitamin D from the Sun

Anticipate your Monday morning on Friday afternoon Fight the temptation to race away from a messy desk Clean up your desk and leave yourself a to-do list to make Monday morning a little more tolerable

exercise in the morning to get your blood pumping and to Get your Body Going one good Way to Do that is Take A Run in The Morning or Better Yet Do Yoga Yoga Helps Cut Down on Stress I Would highly Recommend Doing that my mom takes yoga and She Feels Great Everytime when she comes back from the class Of Course This Trick May Not Work For Everybody Everybodys body is Different
