Go For a Run
 
One Way to Get Stronger Is to Go For a Run On your Street to the end of it It is Really Good Excercise by doing that you are Working With Your Leg Muscle and it will Make your Legs Ten Times Stronger By Doing That The More You Run The More Stronger you will Become But Becareful Tho Not To Excersise to much To Much Excercise can lead to your legs hurting quite a bit

Lift Some Weights
 
If your Arms Are Weak One Way of Getting Them Stronger Is Lifting Some Weights By Lifting some Weights You are Working With your Arm Muscle The More Weights you Lift The Stronger you Get i Would Recommend To Do This At Least Once or Twice a Day That Will Most Definatly Make your Arms Stronger Like i Said above with the legs dont work to hard to fast or the wise your arms will hurt

Get a Bouncy Ball
 
And Sit on it And Stretch Out By Doing That you Are Working With Your Body Muscles And you Are Making it More Stronger The More you Do it i would recommend doing this at least a couple of times a day or more depending on how yoru body works everybodys body works differently

Try Playing Some Basketball
 
A lot of people like Basketball In The matter Fact it is my Favorite sport or one of them Basketball is One Sport That Would Help your Strength A Lot When you Play Basketball When you Attempt To Make A Basket you Are Working with your Arm Muscles And you are working with your stomach a little bit to the more you Play Basketball The Stronger your Arm Strength Will Get And your Body in General

Do Some Yoga
 
You may Think isint that a Relaxing Class Yes but you Can Still Get Some Good Excersise from it When you are doing yoga you are actioley excersising you are working with your whole body including your legs and your stomach and everything

Do Some Sit ups and Push Ups
 
By Doing Sit ups and push ups your are working with your back muscle and as well as you are also working with you arm muscle at the same time which both are very good i would recommend doing 10-20 of them each

Get Some Work Out Videos
 
And Watch What The Instructors Do on The Video And Do What They Do A Stronger Body is on its way

Hit The GYM
 
Now i Told you Somethings that you Can Do At Home Now I Recommend To Go To A Gym And Use There Equipment They Got Several Equipments So Use it Wisely And Read on the Instructions on how to use the Equipment before using it
