I Like subway because there sandwhichs are so delicious you can put lots of veggies on it to to
make it healthier and stuff they got a sandwhich artist they will give you what you want The Emenployees Are Very Nice the
subway place that i Went So Good if you think about it the people that eat macdonalds and wendys and burger king if they all
switched to subway and got sandwhichs with some veggies on it than they mite be a little bit healthier than they are now

Mcdonalds is one of them that is way different from subway McDonalds is unhealthy because of all
the food additives and high amounts of sugar and sodium in their food.Their buns...loaded with sugar's evil cousin High Fructose
Corn Syrup (easily one of the worst things you can consume). Their salads? Okay, the lettuce itself isn't bad, but you might
want to check out that dressing ingredients label. Lots of sugar, sodium, and other crap your body doesn't need or want.Nutritionally,
the food is devoid of anything healthy or nutritious. Honestly, it is one of the worst possible choices you can make. It is
only slightly (and I mean slightly) better than starving.If you Still Dont Believe That Than i Would Recommend you To Watch

What do i Get When i go To Subway ?
When i go to subway which is probally every now and than when ever i do go to subway i get A Steak
and Cheese Sandwhich With American Cheese on it And i Also Put Lettice In my Sandwhich and i also usally get a Soda Its Ok
To Have a Little Bit Of Bad Stuff As Long as You Have Some Good Stuff in your Diet One
time i had the meatball marianna which was also really good if i were to have it again tho i probally would've added in lettice
like i did with the steak and cheese lettice is one of the many vegetables that is really healthy and good for you

While Subway May Not Exactly Be The Cheepest Fast Food Place it is Well Worth The Price to Pay Mcdonalds

About how often do you recommend going to subway
I wouldint recommend going to subway every single day but its ok if you go i would say at least
once a week providing you make your subway meal healthier The Best options would be to go once a month
